As a family-owned business, Jiff was born from our collective experiences in the e-commerce space. We saw tremendous potential in combining our diverse backgrounds to create something truly unique. Our unique products come from diverse suppliers across South Africa and abroad, making them accessible to everyone.
We engage deeply with our suppliers to protect our customers and ensure product quality. This involves in-depth research, consistent communication, and continuous updates and upgrades to our product offerings.
Our primary target audience is everyone, regardless of age, gender, location, education, socioeconomic status, or income level. Our goal is to cater to everyone’s needs.
We aim to provide exactly what is needed with maximum convenience. For example, we cater to vegan customers who struggle to find their favourite sweets, chocolates, chips, or non-dairy milks, ensuring they have easy access to these products.
We have successfully provided greater access to essential products for our customers, particularly those with specific dietary needs. Many of our customers have joined our family and can now continue their dietary journeys with ease and satisfaction.
Catering to everyone’s needs in the e-commerce space is challenging. We identified a gap in the market where many online and physical stores do not cater to diverse needs. This realization spurred our research and development efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
We go above and beyond to meet our customers’ needs through research, feedback, and open communication. We are loyal to our customers and continually strive to improve our offerings based on their feedback.
We are passionate about being the voice for the voiceless and have rescued and rehabilitated thousands of animals. We support the SPCA and are committed to rescuing more animals in need.
We conduct outreach in our local communities, educating people about animal welfare and providing necessary treatment for animals.
We aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for all our stakeholders, including customers, employees, and suppliers. Our goal is to create a loyal and respectful family and to broaden our product range continually. We strive to become South Africa’s home for convenience and quality.
We are in the process of registering our own NPO to rescue more animals. This is a lengthy but important journey, and we look forward to sharing our progress with the public.
